SOUTHCOM Knowledge Management

Starting in 2013, Trace has been tasked to upgrade the SOUTHCOM HQ Knowledge Management software across five networks going from Sharepoint 2007 to Sharepoint 2010, as well as updating SQL from 2005 to 2012.  Our KM SME has conducted a requirements analysis and coordinated with all of the stakeholders including the SOUTHCOM command to roll out this implementation without negatively impacting a variety of missions.   The primary Sharepoint network being upgraded serves over 5,000 users from a wide-variety of US Joint, Component and Coalition commands and partners.
