Trace Systems Adds ENCORE III and ITES 3S Contract Vehicles

After working with a division of General Dynamics, Trace Systems has successfully acquired a business unit that makes them Prime contractors on two major multi-award IDIQ contracts: DISA’s ENCORE III and the Army’s ITES 3S.
