DISA’s Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services division was awarded to Trace Systems on January 20, 2017. This BPA will further decrease costs, reduce paperwork, and save time by eliminating the need for repetitive, individual purchases. The end result is to create a purchasing mechanism for the Government that works better and costs less.
